ASSISTED LIVING FEES

Second occupant fee is $1250 per month. Any applicable care charges will be applied. A deposit of $2,000 is required to place your loved one’s name on the apartment wait list. This is fully refundable, for any reason, up to the date of move in. At the time of move in, the $2,000 wait list fee is converted to our one-time community fee. At that time, it is non-refundable.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

The following service and amenities are available with each apartment:

• Three meals a day including snacks
• Weekly housekeeping
• Weekly laundry service, personal and flat laundry
• All utilities paid including: internet, cable, phone and long distance
• 24 hour awake trained staff
• Transportation to scheduled medical appointments
• Activities and social events 7 days a week

• Wellness and exercise programs 7 days a week
• Secure outdoor courtyards
• Dining membership to Champions Club
• Beauty/Barber Salon & Massage Therapy services available at an additional cost
• Arrangements can be made for in house physical therapy, physicians, dental care, podiatrist, lab services, chiropractors and hospice care

LEVELS OF CARE

Level of care charges are determined based on each individual’s need for assistance. Our highly-trained staff can assist with bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, medication administration, diabetic management, oxygen therapy and mobility assistance. We are happy to estimate your loved ones’ care level, although the final care level and related cost cannot be determined until the initial care plan is developed. Individual care plans are reviewed quarterly to ensure that we are providing the necessary assistance for your loved one.

Level II Care    $1120/month

Level III Care   $1400/month
Level IV Care    $1680/month
Level V Care    $2240/month
